FRAME Works Guitars are handmade by a team of able and ambitious craftsmen.

We are proud of the craftsmanship put into each individual instrument.

Due to the great demand we are experiencing there's already a wait list. For this reason FRAME Works electro-acoustic guitars are by this time available only on a direct order basis.

We can give information about the current time of delivery on request.

Orders should be sent in writing. We need customers contact informations (name, shipping address, phone & fax number, e-mail), and the exact specification of the desired FRAME Guitar model. We send a confirmation of your order along with the expected turnaround time by return mail.

Please note: Any estimate of the waiting period is just that: an estimate. Since the future is beyond our control, we ask for your understanding should your guitar be ready later (or sooner) than predicted.

A nonrefundable deposit of EUR 200,00 is required to handle your order and to hold your place in the line. The balance, including the expences for shipping, becomes due upon completion of the instrument, before delivery. Shipping charges will be accorded at the time of purchase.

Payments should be performed in European currency, preferably by wire transfer to our bank account. Please note: We are not yet prepared to accept payments via creditcards.

Warranty: We guarantee your guitar to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year after you purchase it. Warranty will not cover any damage resulting from careless or improper handling. Repairs or alterations performed by the owner or by third parties risk the cancellaton of this warranty.

Transportation expenses are the responsibility of the owner.
